解放战争时期，槐树庄的郭大娘带领贫农团的积极分子，展开轰轰烈烈的土改运动，同地主崔老昆的儿子崔治国进行了坚决斗争。解放后，开展合作化运动，各种困难接踵而来，贫农户虽分了土地却无力耕种，老党员刘老成满足单干，不愿走合作化道路，中农李满仓只顾个人发家致富，两条路线斗争日渐激烈。郭大娘顶着儿子在朝鲜牺牲的悲痛，用实际行动影响教育周围的群众。五七年整风开始后，不少坏人在村里煽阴风、点鬼火，唯恐天下不乱。郭大娘在上级党组织领导下，顶住了各方压力，在三面红旗的光辉照耀下，成立了人民公社……。Young Jim Hawkins, while running the Benbow Inn with his mother, meets Captain Billy Bones, who dies at the inn while it is besieged by buccaneers led by Blind Pew. Jim and his mother fight off the attackers and discover Billy Bones' treasure map for which the buccaneers had come.
